A global culinary event, Jordan’s premier International Food Festival (JIFF) kicked off in the Kingdom’s capital city of Amman this week for a second consecutive year.
The event gathers world-renowned chefs, food bloggers, and culinary experts along with many of Jordan’s best food experts to celebrate food, culture, and culinary excellence.

This year, the festival includes collaborative dinners spotlighting local ingredients that are jointly prepared by top Jordanian and international chefs, as well as culinary panels, live cooking demonstrations, and master classes hosted by world-class chefs.

Some of the international chefs participating in the festival include Wagu master Chef Hisato Hamada and Michelin chef Alex Nietosvuori, who is the owner of Hjem, a Michelin-starred restaurant located in the Northumberland village of Wall.

Additionally, the festival features a “plaza entertainment” that offers a lineup of DJs, live performances by local bands, parades, and kids’ activities that create a dynamic environment of music and fun throughout the day and night.

Held in the heart of Amman, the festival brings together food lovers, local chefs, and international culinary experiences to celebrate flavor, creativity, and community.
