Jordan’s wildlife consists of incredible species and beautiful landscapes, including Arabian oryxes and water buffalos, and through various adventure options to choose from, anyone can experience the kingdom's wildlife. Different experiences and tours in Jordan offer visitors the opportunity to hike, dive, camp, or drive through Jordan’s wildlife. For example, people can embark on a journey with an expert guide to the Shaumari Wildlife Reserve in the Jordanian city of Azraq to spot gazelles, the Arabian oryx, and various birds, especially since Azraq hosts over 300 species of migratory birds. Visitors will also learn about the history of the oryx and the ongoing breeding and conservation efforts that are in place to protect Jordan’s wild animals.

They can also choose to embark on a water buffalo and bird-watching trek at the tranquil Azraq Wetland Reserve.
