This August, Jordan hosted the inaugural Jordan International Food Festival (JIFF), a global culinary event celebrating cuisine, culture, and community. The festival gathered an impressive line-up from world-renowned chefs, to food writers and culinary experts including a number of Jordan's best, as they brought passion and innovation to the table.

The festival featured curated tastings by Michelin-starred chefs, live demonstrations, cooking workshops, music concerts, local markets, and entertainment. Some of the renowned chefs and culinary experts that participated in the festival include Spanish chef Nieves Barrgan and Italian food writer Paolo Vizzari.

These chefs offered engaging master classes, Q&A sessions, and informative panel discussions. Additionally, there were over 70 local restaurants and 25 food trucks featured in the festival.

The festival was held across 50,000 square meters at the King Hussein Business Park in the heart of Jordan’s capital city, Amman. It also consisted of different zones and categories tailored to a variety of tastes, interests, and ages, including a 1,000+ square meter children’s area. Local and regional DJs along with live musical performances took place in the evenings.
